After we create your personalized plan, you're in control! YOU choose the time and day that works best for YOU. Before your appointment, you will receive a link to virtually connect with us! Every session will have one hour of dedicated time to focus on you and your unique goals. It's your safe space to dive deep, peel back the layers, and learn how to overcome the challenges you are facing.
